Brian LeMaire Chairman and Founder Mr. LeMaire served as our President from September 2006 to March 2009 and has been the Senior Vice President of Cohesant since February 2008. Mr. LeMaire was Vice President of Cohesant Technologies from August 2005 to February 2008, and had served as President of CuraFlo Services since August 2005. From July 2002 to August 2005, he was President of CuraFlo Technologies in Vancouver, British Columbia. From July 1996 to April 2005, Mr. LeMaire was General Manager of West Coast Pipe Restoration in Vancouver, Canada.
	Jack Prause President Mr. Prause was named to the position of President in December 2009 after becoming Chief Operating Officer of CuraFlo in March 2009. He joined CuraFlo as Vice President of CuraFlo Franchising in December 2008. He was a co-founder of American Hot Rod Racer an experience-based retail start-up from August 2007 through September 2008. From March 2002 through August 2007 he held various executive positions at The American Red Cross’ Blood Services business, including CEO of the Heart of America blood region covering Illinois, Iowa and Missouri. Mr. Prause has prior experience as a management consultant with Bain Capital and Mercer Management Consulting and as an operations manager with International Paper Company.
	Robert W. Pawlak Secretary and Treasurer Mr. Pawlak has served as our Secretary and Treasurer since September 2006. He also has served as Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Cohesant since February 2008. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Cohesant Technologies from June 1998 to February 2008.
	Steven Goden Vice President, Administration Mr. Goden has served as our Vice President of Franchisee Support Operations since February 2008. He was our Vice President of Systems and Planning from September 2006 to February 2008. Mr. Goden also has served as Senior Vice President of Administration for Cohesant since February 2008. He was Vice President of Systems and Planning of Cohesant Technologies from March 2005 to February 2008. He served as Director of Planning of Cole Vision Corporation (“CVC”), the owner of the Pearle Vision system, in Cleveland, Ohio from September 2003 to March 2005 and Director of Information Technology Control for CVC from April 2002 to August 2003.
	Erik (Skip) Wolfe Vice President, Sales and Marketing Mr. Wolfe was named to the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing in January 2009 after joining CuraFlo as Director of Sales in September 2008.  Mr. Wolfe has over 14 years in the water treatment and distribution industry and came to CuraFlo from Kinetico Inc. of Newbury, Ohio, where he most recently held the position of Director of Commercial, Industrial, and Municipal Distribution.  He has been involved in all aspects of Commercial, Industrial, and Municipal water treatment and distribution including engineering, field testing, manufacturing, as well as sales and marketing.
	Bruce Glick Vice President, Online Services Mr. Glick has served as our Vice President of Online Services since December 2006. He also served as a Vice President of Cohesant since February 2008 and as Vice President of Online Services and Marketing for Cohesant Technologies from December 2006 to February 2008. He was an Independent Contractor in Cleveland, Ohio from January 2003 to December 2006. In that role, from April 2006 to November 2006, he was engaged by Cohesant Technologies to develop and implement an enterprise wide strategy for online marketing. He served as President of Ultryx Inc. in Columbus, Ohio from September 2001 to December 2002.
	Dr. David Dunn Vice President, Research and Development Dr. David Dunn is a highly regarded Ph.D. in polymer chemistry who has served as our Vice President of Research and Development since September 2006. He also has served in that same position for Cohesant since February 2008 and for Cohesant Technologies from September 2006 to February 2008. Dr. Dunn was an independent consultant to Cohesant from February 2006 to September 2006. Dr Dunn also has served as the President of FLD Enterprises, an Adhesives and Sealants Consultancy in Aurora, Ohio since January 1996.
