The cheapest and quickest way to fix a corroded pipe is to replace the isolated area that is damaged. This is called a spot repair.  And it’s typically used to fix small leaks, not correct problems of contamination.

But, even in the case of leaks, this solution is not much of a solution at all. Because in our experience, if there’s failure in one part of the pipe, it is highly likely there will be failure throughout your entire system. Which means the spot leaks will continue to plague your building. And the costs –in insurance claims, in property damage, in drywall repair, in mold – will continue to drain your budget.

One long-term solution is a total re-pipe, in which our experienced team comes in and replaces all the pipes in your building.  The process of repiping requires us to cut into walls and floors to access the pipes.
