The Crisis: Leaks in the copper pipes
The Bethany Home Society of San Joaquin County, which serves the nursing, adult day care, adult residential care, and Alzheimer needs of over 320 elderly persons, was experiencing multiple leaks in their copper piping. At first, they tried traditional spot repair, but after many years, the decision was made to find a more permanent solution.
The Solution: CuraFlo Epoxy Lining.
Due to the nature of the property, CuraFlo was chosen because we were able to isolate units in the facility to accommodate the patients and residents, and allow a quick return to service. To top it off, our warranty was far more extensive than any that might be available with pipe replacement.
The Outcome:
We’ll let Andrew Lee, Executive Director of the facility tell you what he told us:
“Your presentation to our Building Committee was most helpful in getting us to believe in your product and company. Dealing with your company has been a very good experience. Your crew met every deadline, they were very courteous and polite with my staff, and they understood the importance of not interfering with resident care. Being that we are a Nursing Facility, highly regulated by the State of California, we needed an extra high level of cooperation from your staff ...and we got it. Thank you so much.
“I personally went from being a non-believer to being a big fan! I not only wish to thank you and your crew for doing a fine job, but I also want to offer my name as a future reference if the opportunity presents itself.
