CuraFlo is the largest pipe restoration company serving Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. For over 50 years we have been developing plumbing solutions, and providing repiping and pipe restoration services. We've completed hundreds of projects including high-, mid-, and low-rise condominiums and apartment buildings, universities, schools and health care facilities - representing thousands of satisfied customers.

In the 1980’s, we started searching for solutions to the plumbing failures we were seeing every day, and worked hard to develop a new solution to stand up to Vancouver Water. CuraFlo was the first to introduce vital solutions to those pipe problems in 1996.  About Our Team

Brian LeMaire, Founder
Mr. LeMaire served as President of CuraFlo Technologies in Vancouver, British Columbia from July 1996 to December 2009. Prior to CuraFlo, Mr. LeMaire was General Manager of West Coast Pipe Restoration in Vancouver, Canada.

Jack Prause, President
Mr. Prause was named to the position of President in December 2009 after becoming Chief Operating Officer of CuraFlo in March 2009. He joined CuraFlo as Vice President of CuraFlo Franchising in December 2008.

Sanjiv Gupta, General Manager
Mr. Gupta has been with CuraFlo since January 1999. As General Manager he manages projects, capacity and resources for CuraFlo British Columbia. Mr. Gupta is a Mechanical Engineer by training and has served the construction industry for over 27 years.

Randy Christie, Sales and Marketing Manager
Mr. Christie has served as our Sales and Marketing Manager for the past 13 years. He has been associated with the plumbing and heating industry for over 25 years. He is our point person when it comes to all marketing and sales efforts with relation to new territories.

Steve MacNicoll, Senior Foreman
Mr. MacNicoll is a Senior Foreman, but his role does not stop there. He is a journeyman plumber and has been with our team for the past 18 years. Twelve of those years, Mr. MacNicoll served as the Foreman on many epoxy lining and repiping projects.

Denny Sudiro, Foreman
Mr. Sudiro serves as our Foreman for all of our epoxy lining projects. He has been with the CuraFlo group for the last 12 years. Along with his experience in epoxy lining, he is a journeyman plumber. Mr. Sudiro also holds a very strong role in our training program for future epoxy lining technicians.

Karl Schmid, Senior Foreman and Manager of Technical Training
Mr. Schmid is a Senior Foreman and has been with CuraFlo since June 1998. He is a Journeyman plumber and gas fitter by trade and has served many roles with CuraFlo. Mr. Schmid assisted in the development of the current technical process and wrote the technical manuals for CuraFlo and the CuraFlo process. Mr. Schmid serves as CuraFlo’s technical trainer and guides new technicians on the CuraFlo process and technology.

CuraFlo is seeking to fill several full-time positions due to expansion in the Vancouver area. Repipe experience helpful for the plumbing positions. Drywallers should have tile, board, & tape experience.
