Patrick J. Brown, President Pat Brown started in the plumbing industry over 25 years ago and has been a Journeyman Plumber for over 22 years.  During this 25 years Pat has personally advised multimillion dollar management companies regarding their plumbing needs, as well as the heads of operations of other plumbing companies and building contractors. Pat has been involved in many large plumbing projects in the Southern California area including high, mid-, and low-rise condominiums, medical, commercial, industrial, apartment, university and school buildings, and health care facilities as well as spending over four years in the installation of fire suppression systems. Pat holds a California Class C Plumbing Contractors License and is also certified by the Los Angeles County Health Department for Water Chemistry. Pat is the founder of, and has been the President of Bottom Line Plumbing Inc. since 1999. Pat has literally hundreds of satisfied clients who can testify to his integrity and commitment to render the best possible service to those in the Los Angeles and Ventura Counties areas. William E. Parodi, Director of Sales and Marketing Bill, as he is known to most who know him, joined the Curaflo of Los Angeles team in March of 2008.  Bill was selected for this position in the company based upon his over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience, most of which was all directed towards marketing and sales. Bill served as President of Dixie Printing & Web Offset, Inc. in New Orleans, Louisiana, Co-founder and President/CEO of Greenbrier Real Estate, Inc. in Topeka, Kansas, Co-founder and President/ CEO of National Money Market, Inc. in Irvine, California, Co-founder and President/CEO of Automated Transaction Services, Inc. in Santa Monica, California, and more recently as Director of Marketing and Sales for a multimillion dollar security company in the State of California. Even when he had other executive responsibilities Bill has always maintained a special interest for the sales efforts of his team and the intimate relationships of his company’s client base. This is what makes Bill such an integral part of the Curaflo of Los Angeles team. Todd  Brown, Project Manager and Superintendent Joined the Curaflo of Los Angeles team in early 2008.  Todd’s 34 years in the construction field made him an outstanding addition to the operations of Curaflo. Over the years Todd has had firsthand experience as a worker, starting from the ground up as a 17 year old, as well as being a foreman and superintendent in the following segments of the construction industry.  He has worked extensively in the wood and steel framing areas; has spent almost 10 years in concrete footing and slabs, as well as concrete finishing;  but most importantly Todd has spent over 10 years in the plumbing industry, working with plumbing rough ins for new construction as well as with finished plumbing in all kinds of construction, both residential as well as commercial. His team works hard for Todd and appreciate that he is a strong leader and a hard worker.  Nobody quits till the job is done and the customer is happy …. That’s Todd’s motto.
