Pacific Centre Office Towers
Located in downtown Vancouver, Pacific Centre is a shopping mall featuring more than 100 upscale retail shops and services. It is a source for Vancouver’s major hotels, office towers and shopping centre. The Pacific Centre’s two Office Towers experienced systematic pipe problems that disrupted the buildings operations and threatened tenant assets. This 46-year-old landmark had a copper Domestic Water system that experienced many pinhole leaks and Don Mortimer, the Facilities Manager for Pacific Centre was considering Repipe as the solution.
Like Don Mortimer, many would assume pipe replacement as an option to restore the Domestic Water pipe system, however, Don chose CuraFlo’s innovative Epoxy Lining System that reduce cost, time and disruptions to the tenants of the two Office Towers.
Thanks to this greener solution, dissolved copper will no longer be flushed out into the environment.
